Oh man, let me tell you, the rush you get out there is something else! I've tackled some pretty intense trails, and honestly, it's a wild blend of exhilaration and those moments where you just think, 'What on earth was I thinking?!' If I could give you one solid piece of advice, it would be to start with somethin that's within your comfort zone. Team up with someone who knows the ropes if you can, and just take your time, there's no need to rush into it.

Welcome to world of Kove Moto and soon to the world of trail riding!
You might not expect this piece of advice, but getting your fitness to a point where you can handle the sustained effort and unexpected challenges is key for both performance and safety!
I would also second what @KoveScout said about not rushing into features you're not ready for.
Mastering the basics like controlled braking on steep descents and maintaining momentum through technical sections on less extreme trails will build your confidence and skills much faster than just hucking yourself into the deep end.
Start small, progress gradually, and always scope out lines before you commit!
